    how to make a payment.    

Making a payment is fast and easy. Follow the steps bellow to go through the payment process.

   
1   Select an entity
Click on the drop down arrow, select the tax entity you
would like to make the payment to and click on Submit.




 
2   Access your account
Select a search method(Account, Name, Address), enter the search
criteria(the account number, the owner name or the address street name)
and click on Submit to access your account.

 

 
Full or partial names and street names are accepted.
For example: entering "Jones" will look for any ownership
containing the last name "Jones". If you enter the first
letter of the street name as search criteria, for example "W"
you'll have a list of all accounts with the street name
beginning with "W". You can then navigate through the accounts by
using the "Prev 10" and "Next 10" buttons.
Select your account by clicking on the Account Number.

 



 
3   Enter the Payment Amount
Select the year to be paid and click on Submit. The nominal
convenience fee and the total amount to be charged to your
credit card will be automatically calculated.





 
4   Enter a Comment
The Account and Payment Information form gives you the nominal
convenience fee and the total amount to be charged to your credit card.
You may enter up to 40 characters in the comment field to provide
special instructions to the Tax Office. Instruction could include
Year Paid, Special Fee or other information.




 
5   Submit your Payment
Click on Submit to confirm your payment or Cancel to cancel the payment
process. Submit will take you to the next step where you need to enter
your credit card information.





 
6   Credit Card Information
Enter your credit card information.




 

Fill out the form to provide your credit card information. All the fields are required. The CSC(Card Security Code) is a 3-or 4-digit number usually printed in the signature field on the back of the credit card. For more information on the Card Security Code, click on CSC.
You'll find bellow an example of the information needed:

Fill out the form and click on the "I Authorize this transaction" button to process the payment or the "Reset" button to clear all the fields and reenter the information. Your email address allows us to send you a confirmation of your payment.If you do not have an email address, enter admin@texaspayments.com in the email field and you will not receive the confirmation email.
